Heard: the Reports by the Chairman of the
Government:
b) The draft-regulations on the major competence
of Abkhazia elaborated by the parity Commission.
Decided: To endorse in general the draft-regulations on
the major competence of Abkhazia. To
advise the parity Commission to deliberate the wording of provisions regarding
the Agrarian legislation through discussions with the Head of Agrarian Agency.
