newsletter

1.1. The Georgian and South Ossetian
sides to conduct a meeting of JCC newsletter co-editors in Tskhinvali within a
week, with participation of the OSCE Mission, European Commission and UNHCR in
1.2. To take note of the information of
OSCE and EC representatives on their readiness to fund the JCC newletter.

2.1. To take note of the information
provided by the North Ossetian side about approval of the representative of
RNO-Alania law-enforcement bodies in the SCC.
2.2. The Georgian and South Ossetian
sides to identify co-chairmen of the SCC before the plenary meeting.
2.3. The sides to complete their
draft Proposals for SCC structural units within the period of one week, and as
the work proceeds, to agree consultations for re-starting SCC activities with
an OSCE expert on police issues.

3.1. The sides to complete their
draft Proposals for meetings of the JCC authorized Co-chairmen within the
period of one week and to agree them as the work proceeds.
4. Implementation
of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the
Government of Georgia of December 23 2000, on interaction in the restoration of
economy in the Georgian-Ossetian conflict zone and on the return of refugees

4.1. To confirm the earlier adopted
address to the governments of the

Georgian side to ask the Georgian Government to address participants of the
first Russian Business Conference in Georgia with a call to participate in
implementing the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and

Rehabilitation in the Zone of Georgian-Ossetian Conflict and on Refugee Return.
