Peacekeeping Forces, S. A. Nabzdorov, on regulation of possession of fire arms
by the personnel of the Law Enforcement bodies of the sides.
It was decided:
The
sides agreed to discuss at the next meeting of the JCC the proposals of the Commander of the Joint Peacekeeping Forces on
the regulations of possession of fire arms in the conflict zone.
To take note of the co-chairman of the Joint
Coordinating Center from the Georgian side Z. D. Khajalia on submitting
information to the South Ossetian side about the taken measures for
investigating serious crimes, committed in the Georgian-Ossetian conflict zone.
