Agenda of the meeting:
1.
On results of the agreed draft of the Russian-Georgian interstate program on
return, settlement, integration and re-integration of refugees, IDPs and
others, as a result of the Georgian-Ossetian conflict and the measures on
restoration of economy in the districts of return (further in the Program) by
the interested ministries and departments of the Russian Federation and
Georgia.

It was decided:
1.1.
To take note of the information of the Russian and Georgian sides on agreement
of the draft program in the interested ministries and departments of the

Taking into account the remarks and the proposals of the sides to consider it
appropriate to introduce for the discussion of the JCC on the settlement of the
Georgian-Ossetian conflict an issue of creation of the Russian-Georgian group
of experts with participation of the representatives of the North Ossetian and
South Ossetian sides for the preparation of the technical and economic grounds
and determination of volume of work, expenditures and sources of funding of the
Program’s activities.
1.3.
Until the date of February 1st of 2003, the sides shall submit the
proposals on definition of tasks and objectives of the Program, elaboration of
the mechanism for realization and its submitting to
the meeting of the JCC on the settlement of the Georgian-Ossetian conflict.
2.
Place and date of the next meeting of the ad hoc committee shall be decided in
the working order on agreement of the sides.
