Agenda:
1. On the controversial land issues.
At the meeting were
heard the information of the heads of Commission of the sides Bagaev K. P. and
Chikviladze G. M., which submitted their vision on the disputed plot of land.
The plot is located in the district of village Mamisantubani, at the highway
Tskhinvali-Gori.
As the sides could
not reach common opinion on administrative belonging of this plot, Alexander
Paraskeva Head of the Joint Staff of the JPKF, proposed to consider the given
territory as disputed and in regard of the given plot to be guided by the
previously adopted decisions of the JCC on the disputed territories.
The working group
of the JCC on the settlement of the problems of land use in the certain
territories of the Georgian-Ossetian conflict, decided:
To appeal to the
co-chairmen of the sides of the JCC on assigning the 20 day period of time on
the above-mentioned issue with a purpose to study the problem in a
comprehensive manner.
