It was decided:
1. To take note of the sides’
information and transmit to the leadership the relevant part of it.
2. In the period between the
meetings of the ad hoc committee to practice sending of working groups of the
sides for the solution of the raised issues, related with the return of
refugees and IDPs.
3. To appeal to the legislative
bodies of the Georgian and South Ossetian sides to discuss the normative acts,
stipulating the release of refugees and IDPs from the payment of state fees on
their appeal to the courts, related to the restitution of homes and property,
lost as a result of the Georgian-Ossetian conflict.
4. In
relation with dismissal of Vincent Koshtel to appeal to the UNHCR to discuss possibility
of restoration of activity of UNHCR in the city of
5. To continue the work of ad hoc
committe on realization of the formerly adopted own decisions.
