LAW OF THE ABKHAZIAN ASSR “On Legal Regime of the State of Emergency in the Abkhazian ASS Republic”

There should be added the following part to the article 2 of the law “On Legal Regime of the State of Emergency in the Abkhazian ASS Republic”:

“Based on the specific circumstances, the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Abkhazian ASSR can adopt special regime of the citizens’ behavior, using certain elements of the State of Emergency for the duration of three days with further submittal to the Supreme Council of the Abkhazian ASSR for discussion”.
