Organizations under the Jurisdiction of the Ministry of Trade of the Abkhaz
ASSR” issued by the Council of Ministers of the Abkhaz ASSR on 26 November 1991
The Cabinet of Ministers of the
Based on Article 16 of the Law of the Republic of
Georgia on the “Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Georgia”, to suspend
the decree #255 on ”Transfer of Some Enterprises and Organizations under the
Jurisdiction of the Ministry of Trade of the Abkhaz ASSR” issued by the Council
of Ministers of the Abkhaz ASSR on 26 November 1991 as an arbitrary and
anti-Constitutional act that aims at violating the ownership right of the
Republic of Georgia on the aforementioned enterprises and organizations.
