DECREE OF THE HEAD OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA On the establishment of the Community of Tigvi of the Kareli District and approving the temporary regulations of the Administrations of the Community of Tigvi.

1. To establish the Community of Tigvi of the Kareli District.

2. To approve the temporary regulations of the Administrations of the Community of the Kareli District.

3. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Georgia to approve the framework and personnel arrangements of the staff and services of the community of Tigvi as of 1993.
