RESOLUTION OF THE PRESIDIUM OF THE SUPREME COUNCIL OF THE REPUBLIC OF ABKHAZIA On Headquarters of Civil Defense of the Republic of Abkhazia

In relation with the decision of the CIS on transmitting till June 1^st, 1992 on transmitting of Headquarters of Civil Defense of the former USSR to the subordination of republics, the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Abkhazia resolves:

1. Starting from June 1^st, 1992 to subordinate Headquarters of Civil Defense to the Council of Ministers of Abkhazia and to create on its basis Headquarters on emergency situations and civil defense of the Republic of Abkhazia.

2. The Council of Ministers of the Republic of Abkhazia shall define the order of providing logistics to Headquarters on emergency situations and civil defense of the Republic of Abkhazia in new circumstances.

3. The resolution is enforced since the date of its adoption.
