RESOLUTION OF THE PARLIAMENT OF GEORGIA On establishment of provisional administrative-territorial entity

Considering Article 2 of the Law on Creating Conditions for the Peaceful Resolution of the Conflict in the Former South Ossetian Autonomous Region of April 13, 2007,

The Parliament of Georgia resolves:

1. To establish a provisional administrative-territorial entity on the territory of the former South Ossetian Autonomous Region.

2. The resolution shall enter into force upon its publication.
