DECREE OF THE HEAD OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA On the establishment of the Communities of Kurta and Eredvi of the Gori District

1. To establish the Communities of Kurta and Eredvi of the Gori District.

2. To approve the temporary regulations of the Administrations of the Communities of Kurta and Eredvi of the Gori District (enclosed with the decree).

3. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Georgia to approve the framework and personnel arrangements of the staff and services of the mentioned communities as of 1993.

4. The local budget to assume the expenses of the staff and services of the Communities of Kurta and Eredvi of the Gori District.
