DECISION OF THE JOINT
CONTROL COMMISSION (JCC) FOR THE GEORGIAN-OSSETIAN CONFLICT SETTLEMENT
On Proposal of the European Commission
Taking into
consideration the proposal of the European Commission on the allocation of the
third grant for the economic rehabilitation of the zone of the Georgian-Ossetian conflict, and the opinion of the Ossetian party supported in a principle manner by the
Georgian party,
the Joint Control
Commission decided:
Recommend the South
Ossetian and Georgian parties to conduct
consultations with the European Commission prior to September 10 of the current
year with the purpose of final agreement on the proposal of the EC.
