DECISION OF THE MEETING OF CO-CHAIRMEN OF THE JCC FOR THE GEORGIAN-OSSETIAN CONFLICT SETTLEMENT On activities of the JPKF

Co-chairmen of the JCC

1. Assign the workgroup, prior to July 15, 2001, to present to cochairmen of the JCC the agreed draft decision on the places for establishing posts of tripartite observers in the regions of contact of the parties – Kekhvi, Tamarasheni, Ergneti.

2, Co-chairmen of the JCC from Georgian and Russian parties shall raise the issue with the respective organs of the executive authorities on the necessity to staff the Joint Headquarters in accordance with the approved organizational and staff structure and provide the peacemaking battalions of the parties with material and technical resources prior to August 1, 2001.
