RESOLUTION OF THE PARLIAMENT OF GEORGIA on setting up the ad hoc Commission of the Parliament of Georgia on investigation of aggressive acts and other actions conducted by the Russian Federation with the aim to violate the territorial integrity of Georgia

            In accordance to article 56 (2) of the Constitution of Georgia, article 72 (1) (a, b) and article 73 (1) of the Rule of Procedures of the Parliament of Georgia, with the aim to investigate the military aggressions and the political acts conducted by the Russian Federation against the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Georgia:

            The Parliament of Georgia decrees:

            1.  To set up the ad hoc Commission of the Parliament of Georgia on investigation of  aggressive acts and other actions conducted by the Russian Federation with the aim to violate the territorial integrity of Georgia, for 3-month term of operation.

            2.  The Commission shall consist of 10 members.

            3.  The members of the Commission shall be nominated within 10 days after enactment of this Resolution

            3.  This Resolution shall come into effect upon its promulgation.
