RESOLUTION OF THE PARLIAMENT OF GEORGIA on the Conclusions of the Parliamentary ad hoc Commission on investigating the military aggression and other acts committed by the Russian Federation against the territorial integrity of Georgia

According to article 83 (4) of the Rule of Procedures of the parliament of Georgia the Parliament of Georgia decrees:

1. To take into consideration the Conclusions of the Parliamentary ad hoc Commission on investigating the military aggression and other acts committed by the Russian Federation against the territorial integrity of Georgia

2. To entrust the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with sending the Conclusions of the Commission to the international organizations and diplomatic mission accredited in Georgia, also to the Fact Finding Independent International Mission on the Conflict in Georgia.

3. This Resolution shall come into effect upon its promulgation.
