Protocol #2 of the Central commission of the Referendum of the RSO

On the basis of the result of polling of the Referendum of the Republic of South Ossetia on the question: “Would you agree with the decision of the Supreme Council of the Republic of South Ossetia of 1 September 1991 on Joining Russia”, the precinct commission has established:

1. The general number of citizens included in the voters’ list (is established on the basis of major and supplementary lists of voters) – 55 151

2. The number of citizens who received the voting ballots – 53 441

3. The number of citizens who participated in the voting (is established through counting the ballots found in the ballot-box) – 53 441

4. The number of citizens who answered “YES” – 53 207

5. The number of citizens who answered “NO” - 57

6. The number of nullified ballots – 85
