SUKHUMI, TO THE CHAIRMAN OF THE SUPREME COUNCIL OF THE ABKHAZ ASSR V. ARDZINBA

In compliance with articles 79, 82 and 104(8) of the Constitution of the Republic of Georgia and the Law of the Republic of Georgia “On the Referendum”, the measures have been taken to secure the holding of the population survey on the restoration of the state independence of Georgia on the territory of the Abkhaz ASSR. In accordance with the Decision #166-1 of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Georgia of 28 February 1991, 31 March 1991 is appointed the date of the said survey.
