LAW on application of the language at the
self-governance agencies
1.
Discussion, paper-work and correspondence at the city and regional
agencies of self-governance is carried out in state language.
2. Upon the
discussion of the self-governing agency some other local language can be used
while delivering the speech or filing the application.
3. If
more than half of the population residing within the territory of certain
self-governance speaks the same local - non-Georgian language, the discussion
and paper-work, together with the state language can be carried out in the
language of the given majority upon the decision of the self-governance.

law has no application to
