RESOLUTION OF THE SUPREME COUNCIL OF THE REPUBLIC OF GEORGIA on Abolishing the Kornisi District Court and determining the composition of Kareli District Court

The Supreme Council of the Republic of Georgia decrees:

1. According to the law of the Republic of Georgia of 27 April 1991 on “Abolishing Tskhinvali and Kornisi Districts”, the Kornisi District Court shall be abolished.

2. The Kareli district court shall consist of three judges.

3. To entrust the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Georgia with the task of introducing the relevant changes in the staff for proper functioning of Kareli district court.
