RESOLUTION OF THE PARLIAMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH OSSETIA on the Appeal of the Parliament of the Republic of South Ossetia to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on the recognition of independence of South Ossetia

The Parliament of the Republic of South Ossetia decrees:

1. To adopt the Appeal of the Parliament of South Ossetia to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation “on the recognition of independence of South Ossetia”.

2. To submit the present Resolution and the said Appeal to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.

3. To publish the present Resolution and the said Appeal in mass-media.

4. This Resolution shall come into effect upon its promulgation.
